Deer River Bible Church Founded

As we navigate through our busy lives, it's easy to forget about the struggles that others face daily. Urban Impact partners with families and communities to break the cycle of social, material, and spiritual poverty. By doing so, they provide a helping hand to those in need and spread hope and love. In fact, Ethnos360 missionaries Craig & Kayla Gilley have dedicated their lives to serving in Asia Pacific, where they are making a significant impact.

Another organization that is making a difference is Awana International, led by Jerry & Angie Berheim. Their mission is to equip local volunteers in churches around the world with Biblical evangelism and discipleship solutions so that today's children may become tomorrow's Christian leaders. This not only benefits individuals but also society and culture as a whole.

Here in Boise, ID, GLOCAL Community Partners is mobilizing, training, and connecting volunteers with our New American neighbors in friendship. They serve a global community, locally, and are led by Nick & Laura Armstrong. By partnering with them, we can make a difference right here at home.

As Christians, it's essential to remember that God loves every tribe, tongue, and nation (Revelation 7:9). The great commission calls us to take the Gospel to every single one of them (Matthew 28:19-20). Deer River Bible Church understands this calling and supports several full-time missionaries in the US and abroad. In addition to short-term missions and local outreach efforts, they also support these missionaries.

In light of this, we invite you to join us as we lift all of these missionaries up in prayer often. You can also send an encouraging note or care package if you're led.
